1.4 “Agreement” refers to these Terms and any other mutually agreed contractual obligations.

2. Use of the Website

2.2 You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

3. Services

3.1 The Company provides recruitment and staffing services, connecting Clients with Candidates suitable for employment opportunities.

3.2 We do not guarantee employment to any Candidate or guarantee the suitability of any Candidate to a Client.

3.3 The Client is responsible for conducting its own due diligence before hiring any Candidate.

3.4 Fees for our services will be agreed upon in a separate contract between Global Recruitment Partner and the Client.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

4.1 Candidates must provide accurate and complete information in their job applications.

4.2 Any falsification of information may lead to disqualification from our services.

4.3 Candidates understand that Global Recruitment Partner does not guarantee job placement.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide clear job descriptions, requirements, and other necessary details to facilitate recruitment.

5.2 Clients agree to pay service fees as agreed upon in a separate agreement.

5.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws when hiring Candidates.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Fees for our recruitment services will be outlined in a separate agreement.

6.2 Payments must be made in full as per the agreed schedule.

6.3 Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 We maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business information shared with us.

7.2 Clients and Candidates agree not to disclose any proprietary information obtained through our services to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Global Recruitment Partner is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the employment relationship between the Client and the Candidate.

8.2 We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in Candidate-provided information.

8.3 Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees paid by the Client.

9. Indemnification

9.1 Clients and Candidates agree to indemnify and hold Global Recruitment Partner harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

10. Termination

10.1 We reserve the right to terminate services if a Client or Candidate breaches these Terms.

10.2 Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of California.

12. Amendments

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our Website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
